What we provide
Capsule Wardrobe Collection (CWC) provides an online wardrobe and styling service.
Buying a CWC service
Payment must be received and cleared to our bank account before we start to work on your capsule wardrobe.
On receipt of your payment and the completed online questionnaire, a contract between
you and CWC will be fulfilled. You may not use this service if you under 18 years of age.
Caroline Wolf (owner) is a qualified and experienced personal and professional stylist for women and men. With formal training and a background in retailing and retail manufacturing, Caroline has a breadth and depth of knowledge to use in her capsule wardrobe recommendations.
How the service works
On the purchase of a service, you are sent an online questionnaire to complete.
Based on your answers and photos submitted, CWC will provide in return a personalised Lookbook, sent to you by email. We endeavour to meet your budget requirements but we reserve the right to recommend a higher/lower price point according to the look you wish to achieve or have asked us to recommend.
You are not under any obligation to act upon my or CWC’s advice or recommendations.
You are not under any obligation to purchase any of the items listed or mentioned.
Our service fees and payment options
You can pay by BACS transfer and International BACS transfer.
You can also pay by PayPal.
Service fees are non-refundable.
We take reasonable care, in so far as it in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
What our service fee includes/does not include
Our fee(s) is for the sourcing and recommendation of style options from a single outfit to a full capsule wardrobe, including colours, shapes, accessories and clothing based on your appearance, physique, personality and lifestyle.
Our fee does not include the cost of the clothes or accessories recommended in your Lookbook.
Our fee does not include the ordering or delivery of the clothes, unless you have specifically requested this: see Extra charges below.
Our fee is non-refundable.
Who we work with
CWC works primarily with UK-based online retailers, shops and boutiques.
We recommend online clothing providers and retailers, with whom we have worked before and/or who we believe to be reputable, are in good-standing and trustworthy. We may also recommend High Street shops/boutiques who do not have online ordering, if appropriate for you.
Caroline Wolf and CWC accepts no responsibility for the delivery of the items ordered,
the quality of goods received or the service provided by the online shop/seller, supplier or retailer at any time before, during or after your transaction.
There is an extra charge if you choose the option for CWC to organise the ordering, purchasing and delivery of your capsule wardrobe. There is an extra administration fee plus any delivery charges applicable. Prior to CWC proceeding with the purchase and delivery of your items, all funds to pay for the purchase of the items plus any delivery charges must be paid for and cleared into our bank account in advance. CWC will check all items and photograph them before sending the items to you. Any administration fee and delivery charges are non-refundable.
* This service is only available to mainland UK, unless by prior agreement.
* This service is currently only available for our Single outfit. We may decide to expand this option in due course, subject to client demand.
Refunds & returns
You are responsible for the exchange or refund of items purchased directly by you.
If CWC has arranged the ordering and delivery of your outfit/capsule wardrobe and you are not satisfied with your item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Return the item(s) within 3 days of receipt via a reputable courier service with insurance paid. You are responsible for the cost of the delivery to CWC.
Include all relevant paperwork, packaging, belts, garment tags and dust bags that were sent with your delivery. Late returns may not be eligible for exchange or return.
Shoes should only be tried on a carpeted surface with the sole protector kept on where included.
Damaged or soiled items may not be accepted back and a refund refused.
Please note some clothing items and jewellery are not eligible for returns.
In the case of returns if ordered by CWC, we will exchange the item(s) for another size/colour if available or forward a credit note or refund. If we have to re-deliver your item(s), you will be charged for the delivery cost as before.
Whether you will receive a full refund or a credit note will depend on the returns policy of the store the item was originally bought from. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive your refund when CWC has received the returns into our bank account.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Overseas customs duties & tax
We work primarily with UK-based online retailers and suppliers and those companies despatching clothes out of the UK.
Deliveries made outside the UK may incur import duty or formal customs entry fees.
Any duties or fees incurred on before, during or on arrival at the destination country are your responsibility and must be paid by you, the recipient. We do not have any control over these charges, which vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of costs.
Changes & modifications to our terms
CWC reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such revisions or modifications. You are responsible for viewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after a change or modification of these Terms has been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
